There are times when I feel that it’s important that I remind people of the principle of my code policies, which is that I don’t put code in anything unless I say “There’s code here” and let people know where the code is and what its purpose is.
For one thing, I can’t worry about the times at which I do searches or publish things; I could spend an entire hour waiting for one time at which I could do one thing. It would take forever, and I would be allowing the conglomerate to control my life, for fear of how it would interpret my actions and distort its portrayal of those actions.
